Introduction – Communications Officer

Kwe, Hello & Bonjour,

Long Point First Nation would like to officially welcome Barnabas Rodgers as the new Communications Officer within the LPFN Communications Department.

Barnabas brings experience in video production, storytelling, and community engagement, with a strong passion for creating meaningful communication that helps bring the community together.

Over the past several years, Barnabas has developed skills in producing and delivering communication material through his work with Humming Bee Productions and other community-focused projects. He is passionate about using communication to strengthen understanding and support community goals and initiatives.

Barnabas believes that strong communication can help connect people, support organizations, and create opportunities for community members on and off reserve to share their ideas and voices.

As part of his new role, one of his first projects will be producing the monthly ADASOKAN Newsletters.
