The Health and Wellness Centre would like to inform the community that there has been a recent increase in COVID-19 cases within the region.

While many cases remain mild, this increase is a reminder that the virus continues to circulate.

To help protect yourself and others, we encourage the following precautions:

• Stay home if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms
• Practice good hand hygiene by washing hands frequently
• Consider wearing a mask in crowded or indoor public spaces
• Maintain physical distancing where possible
• Stay up to date with recommended vaccinations and boosters

If you develop flu-like symptoms, please follow these guidelines to limit contact with others and help prevent further spread.

The Health and Wellness Team will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as needed.
