Amo Ososwan School is seeking a caring, reliable individual to join our team as a Before and After School Educator. This role supports the daily well-being of our students and contributes to a positive school environment.
📍 Location: Amo Ososwan School, Winneway, QC
🕒 Status: Full-Time, Permanent (with probation period)
🗓️ Starting Date: Mid August 2025
💼 Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications
Summary of Duties:
Work with preschool and school-age children in group settings
Ensure safety, care, and attendance tracking
Plan and oversee activities, meals, and snacks
Prepare and store materials and clean areas after use
Contribute to a positive school culture
Perform other duties as assigned
Mandatory Requirements:
High School Diploma
Combination of experience and education considered
Flexible schedule
Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) required
Preferred Qualifications:
Educational Assistant Diploma, Early Childhood Education, or daycare diploma
Knowledge of Algonquin and First Nations Education
