The CISSS de l’Abitibi-Témiscamingue has introduced a new initiative to support English-speaking community members during their visits to regional health facilities. Employees and volunteers wearing a yellow card holder are available to guide you and answer short questions in English—such as directions, restroom locations, or where to go next—helping reduce language barriers and making your visit more comfortable.
