The Anishnabe Long-Term Care Centre (ALTCC), located in Temiskaming First Nation, is seeking an Executive Director to lead their small-scale seniors’ care facility. Guided by the Medicine Wheel and Seven Grandfather Teachings, ALTCC supports residents through holistic care rooted in Anishnabe values.
The Executive Director will be responsible for strategic leadership, policy compliance, and advocacy, while promoting a culturally safe, inclusive, and high-quality care environment. This full-time position reports directly to the Board of Directors and requires flexibility and on-call availability.
