Kebaowek First Nation is hosting an Indigenous Outreach Clinic in partnership with Service Canada, Canada Revenue Agency, Services Québec, Revenu Québec, and the First Nations Human Resources Development Commission of Quebec.

• Birth certificates (cash only – $37.75, until 4:30 PM)

• Secured Status Cards

• Quebec Health Insurance Cards (until 4:30 PM)

• Social Insurance Numbers

• Employment services with First Nations HRDC

• Personal tax returns (T4, RL-1, etc.)

• Canada Child Benefit / GST Credit

• Family Allowance

• Solidarity Tax Credit

• Old Age Security

• Guaranteed Income Supplement

• Quebec Pension Plan

• Gas cards (attestation d’inscription)

• Passport applications (credit card only)
