Amosesag Childcare Centre is hiring a full-time Educator to join our team! Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Educator is responsible for the care, development, safety, and well-being of children. The Educator plans and delivers a well-balanced educational program tailored to the needs of their assigned age group.
🧠 Key Responsibilities:
Plan and lead activities that support physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development
Maintain open communication with parents about progress and needs
Collaborate on individual intervention plans when needed
Maintain a safe, stimulating, and positive learning environment
Participate in training and team meetings
🎓 Qualifications:
College Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Education
Experience working with children
Knowledge of Anishinabe language and culture
Strong teamwork, communication, and computer skills
Must complete First Aid training and pass an impediment check
💰 Salary: According to MFA salary scale
