We invite all LPFN Elders (60+) and grandparents to join us for a meaningful Health & Wellness Focus Group on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at the Elders’ Centre.
🧡 Your stories, experiences, and wisdom will help shape LPFN’s 5-Year Health & Wellness Plan.
🥣 Lunch will be served at 1:00 PM, followed by the Focus Group from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
🎁 There will be draw prizes for participants, and transportation is available within LPFN—please contact us to arrange pickup.
