The Sûreté du Québec wish to inform the population of Winneway that an investigation took place on February 3 and 4 to clarify events that occurred around 12:30 a.m. on February 3 at a residence on Ocki Street.
No one was injured during the incident, and there is nothing to indicate any danger to the public.
Additional officers will be available to meet with community members in Winneway on Thursday, February 5, and Friday, February 6.
The public is reminded that any information regarding criminal acts or suspicious events can be reported to the Sûreté du Québec Criminal Information Centre at 1-800-659-4264.
