The Sustainable Development Department is inviting proposals from caterers for an upcoming community gathering.

Event Details:
📅 Date: Friday, July 25th, 2025
🕛 Time: 12:00 PM
📍 Location: Community Hall

We are seeking a catering service that can provide a traditional meal for approximately 50 guests.

Menu Requirements:
✅ Main dishes featuring moose and fish
✅ Two different types of salads
✅ Bannock bread
✅ A variety of desserts
✅ Beverages
✅ Dishware

Proposal Submission Deadline:
