Long Point First Nation Public Works Department and Community Services would like to inform community members that a Community Sweeping Initiative will take place on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

This initiative is being organized to help keep community streets, sidewalks, walkways, and public areas clean and safe for everyone. Participation draws will also be conducted by streets during this year’s event.

Community members are encouraged to:

• Sweep debris from sidewalks and driveways
• Keep garbage and loose materials off the streets
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all

Your cooperation and participation are greatly appreciated as we continue working together to beautify and strengthen our community.
